Josh :
As a college 400m/400m hurdles athlete, my goal is to become the best version of myself in every area of my life by trusting God, staying disciplined, and embracing the process daily. I’m not just chasing faster times, I’m chasing growth, resilience, and the kind of character that’s built when nobody is watching. I want to push my limits in the 400 and 400 hurdles, break personal records, and compete at the highest level I’m capable of, but I also want to stay humble and remember that every ability I have is a blessing. My faith keeps me grounded and reminds me that my purpose is bigger than the track. I’m committed to getting 1% better every day, mentally, physically, and spiritually, and to inspiring others through consistency, hard work, and the way I carry myself on and off the track.
