Your videos are literally keeping me afloat. After a lifetime of spiritual abuse, I broke down in epic fashion and my nervous system is shattered. I cling to my faith but it's tenuous simply because the voices of my past still pipe up along with counsel from Christians that feels punishing and blaming instead of supportive. Suppressing the grief or emotions!! This is so true! I honestly think its tied to sometimes wanting to prove to yourself or whoever that you are strong but that's not what strength looks like!! Facing it head on is strength and letting God heal you is humility!
