what's your split over 3 days a week? I'm currently doing upper body, lower body and then full body. but I only get an hour each session, with a bit of extra walking at the end. changing my split has really helped me see changes this year though!

How - every PT I had has instructed me to go gym for 1 hour workout minimum and 30 min cardio 4 days a week 😭 with 1 cardio day 🙃🙃🙃
