I lived in Tennessee for 40 years but moved to upstate NY 7 years ago for a job with my agency that paid more money. Piccadilly is one of those restaurants I MISS terribly! The foods and desserts are top notch, particularly their liver and onions and strawberry pie. Food up here is TERRIBLE!
