Imagine using that sound as an alarm ringtone, but for me, it jump-scares me and my heart pounds so hard, which makes me breathe so hard. 😱😨😩 But on TVs, when I hear the EAS go off on the TV, it gives me nightmares, but only at nighttime. 📺🌃😨

I hate Amber Alerts. Even when I was little, at my grandma's house, on my, my sister's, and our grandma's TV, it said "Emergency Alert System." I was the only one that got up because it was nighttime, and it was giving me nightmares. But then when I got adopted, I had a phone, and one went off on my phone at night. It was so quiet until that loud tone on the Amber Alert went off, and it jump-scared me. My heart started pounding really fast, and I was breathing so hard. That's why I disabled the Amber Alert on my phone so it doesn't keep going off.
