And it will never be enough you’ll keep on going till you 💀 so just eat balanced and try to workout and plus when you starve urself the weight always comes back and if you have an ed and you’re creating content like this that basically “promotes” it you should think twice because there are so many young people that consume this content and get an ed and unfortunately lose their lives

i used to be like this but i eventually i tried losing weight in a more healthy way like doing cradios, sleeping early and eating the right amount of food and nutrition and fortunately i began to noticeably look way slimer in a span of 3 months even my old friends could hardly recognise me, this is prove that you can do this without ⭐ving, i hope for the best for everyone that has ED problems or whoever that read this comment, goodluck and please dont give up, you wouldn't actually rather take a permanent decision instead of becoming the best version of yourself, and also again goodluck, i believe in you
