It’s honestly way too early to say and the honestly might have been a marketing strat to throw everyone off for the real title and general gameplay of the game. Because it doesn’t really make sense for it to be xenoverse 3 when it takes place in age 1000 literally the same time as dragon ball online. So what it could be is a best of both worlds, likely a mix of the amazing gameplay of xenoverse, with the open world aspect of online. Anything is possible.
