She said she would comply, but they still stood there in the room, refusing them any sort of privacy, & that’s why she popped off with an attitude, & understandably so, there was no reason for it whatsoever. Also, they should’ve been told all of the reasons they were trespassing, but all they were told was pushing the emergency button & smoking outside. I don't know; it just seems like this wasn’t handled fairly by anyone.
