im 10 months post gastric sleeve the surgery helps a lot what you do Before & After the surgery is the hard parts. There's going to be crazy days. Don't be overwhelmed and whatever. Goal, you can achieve each day. That's good enough. you will do good.Take it day by day and you're more than welcome to follow me on here for encouragement , I do my videos

I’m 5 days post op! You’re going to do great. Just remember one thing. GIVE YOURSELF GRACE. First couple days being home, everything was making me nauseous, just do what you can. Do not force your body. You will get to your goal eventually!
