My top 5 pillars for a healthy and balanced lifestyle 👇 As a strategy consultant, I can work anywhere from 50-70hrs per week regularly, and so it’s crucial for me to try and find balance in my life. These key pillars include:  Exercise 💪  I typically lift 4-5x per week and run 2-3x per week, and walk ~10k steps per day if possible. This keeps my body and my mind functioning!  Social connection 🕺  I try my best to see friends and family as much as possible. I protect my energy by trying to spend time with people that fill my cup.  Nutrition 🥗  I focus on a protein-rich diet and try to limit processed food and sugar (emphasis on the “try” 😂). All in moderation!  Nature ☀️  Sunlight and fresh air help me anchor my circadian rhythms and make me feel good. I try my best to see sunsets and sunrises!  Nurturing mental health ✍️  I try to process and feel my emotions rather than suppressing or ignoring them. The things that help me are journalling, listening to podcasts, and meditating. Sometimes therapy if needed!  Bonus: prioritise sleep 😴 Perhaps the most important factor to my well-being. I aim for 8hrs but that’s not always possible on a busy project. But consistency over perfection!
