Morning sickness at 9 weeks is humbling 🫠 everyone says it gets better but when you’re in it, cooking feels impossible. I used to cry over meal prep because my stomach was so sensitive. I thought something was wrong with me. I felt stuck between wanting to nourish my body and not tolerating food. A girl in a wellbeing group told me about Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by loren green) so I gave it a try before this pregnancy. 30 lbs gone, calmer gut, lighter cycles. Lowkey felt like building a stronger foundation before motherhood round two.

im 8 weeks and day 2 days today and have been nauseous and haven't vomitted. I did the exact same thing you did with my first one. trying so hard to settle my nausea with small amounts of food/water.
