Had a patient like this before. We didn't have an odor of alcohol, but all other signs/symptoms were similar. Turns out a new medication he was prescribed caused his actions. Pretty crazy how strong he was for his age.

Having worked in nursing homes, I pray for the staff of wherever he’ll end up. I had so many scratches, bites, and bruises i looked like I was beaten on the daily. And the one time I stepped away from the danger, the man fell and passed away that evening.
