@caitlin_solotravels: Sunrise at Hang Múa might just be one of the best views in northern Vietnam. Entrance is 100,000đ and the climb is around 300m of steep stone steps (it feels longer, trust me 😅). At the top you’re rewarded with panoramic views over the limestone karsts and rice fields of Tam Cốc – often called “Halong Bay on land.” The iconic dragon statue sits on a jagged rock ridge, and yes… you do have to carefully climb onto it for that photo. Wear proper shoes and take your time — it’s beautiful but not exactly safety-certified. We went at sunrise which meant cooler temperatures, softer light, and way fewer crowds than I’ve seen online. After coming back down, we wandered along the wooden walkway over the lotus lake (best in summer when they’re in full bloom 🌸). If you’re visiting Ninh Binh, this viewpoint is 100% worth the early wake-up call. #vietnam #dragonhill #ninhbinh #sunrise #travel
