Sometimes I really feel like there’s no point… I know that there is and I know the goal but every time we get somewhere she regresses and something happens or triggers her. As her owner that’s on me I know it’s not her fault but it’s so frustrating. Overall I feel like if we can work on her focus it will be much better, but how do I get her to refocus when she’s loading or is already reacting to something? She has no interest in treats while we’re on the walk so I started basic command training with treats while inside. Like “heel” “leave it” “here” and it helps sometimes but how do I encourage that if she doesn’t focus me while we’re out? Seriously any advice would help please I don’t know what to do anymore…. It’s been a little over a year of continuous and consistent training and I’m getting so tired of not seeing much progress.

katrara is no longer reactive now im so proud of her but she will not be a service dog anymore. its ok tho shes still a dog and mine 🤍

I DID IT! My family dog was reactive so everytime she saw a human or a dog she was jumping like ur dog in the first video but more, and jumping on the back legs, barking and pulling in the leach soooo much and now she barley look at other people and dogs/animals bc when she sees another human or dog she looks at me asking if everything is okay, looks at them to see if they r still there and then looks at me asking if everything is still okay and walking like in a heal possession, but that is only with me and my older sister bc everyone else let her pull in the leach, and she barks at every one when they walk her bc they let her but I don’t and now she’s sooooo good with me and I NEVER have a problem with her

Omg I want to fix Leo's reactivity so badly, he gets nervous and barks and whines at every dog in his line of vision no matter how far it is. It's not aggression, it's nervousness and excitement. I don't know how to fix it 😕

i just say to the dog in a very gentle voice "it's okay my love, you are okay, good girl/boy" they usally calm down a bit and their owners appreciate it😅

I need help, my dog or well I guess puppy is showing sighs or reactive behavior sorta like he will growl at some people never me ever but even my family sometimes and it gets corrected but on walks we will growl at some people and I can’t get him to focus on me but idk
