I pon tak faham skin i nak apa sebenarnya😭 i pernah consume accutane for almost a year baru nampak perubahan and after 2 years i stop makan accutane the acne comeback. Im so stressed

Omg i get you when you said you’re allergic to niacinamide! I’m allergic to ceramide. Imagine the devastation i felt when i thought i wanted to repair my skin barrier but instead made it worse 😩

for me, my skin is just so sensitive with harsh ingredients like niacinamide. so when i bought skincare like the snail thingy, toner and moisturizer with those products ingredients, my skin broke out. now i only use moisturizer and mild cleanser (with no harsh ingredients at all) je and suddenly my skin is clearing. so, what i can summarize is not everyone needs skincare routine especially sensitive skin like mine :(

How do you used differen cuz the doctor gives it to me when i was younger but i don’t know how to used it and actually i didn’t see any difference so i stopped and my face now i don’t know actually wht happened he was clean and good not that really healthy but he was good now the pimples start coming and they don’t stop i feel really confused i don’t know wht I’m going to do i feel so ew and so sad can u just help 😭
