@abeerswonderland: ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ شوربة العدس التركية… دافية، بسيطة، ومليانة حُب 🤍 Turkish lentil soup… warm, simple, and full of comfort المكونات: 🪞 ١ بصلة كبيرة 🪞 ١ جزرة كبيرة 🪞 ١ كوب عدس أحمر 🪞 نصف كوب أرز 🪞 ٢ ليتر ماء 🪞 ملعقتان كبيرتان معجون طماطم 🪞 نصف ملعقة صغيرة كمون 🪞 نصف ملعقة صغيرة كركم 🪞 بابريكا ١ ملعقة صغيرة 🪞 ملح وبهار اسود 🪞 زيت زيتون 🪞٤/٣ كوب ماء 🪞 عصير 🍋‍🟩 حسب الرغبة الطريقة: أول شي منقلّي البصلة الكبيرة والجزر بزيت الزيتون. منغسل العدس والرز منيح ومنضيفهم فوقهم. منحط ٢ ليتر مي ومنتركهم يستووا عالآخر. لما تخلص وتطرى كل المكونات،منطحن الشوربة منيح. بطنجرة تانية، منقلّي شوية زيت زيتون مع معجون البندورة والبهارات اللي ذكرناهم..وآخر شي المي وبعدين منضيفهم فوق الشوربة بعد ما نكون طحنّاها. وبالأخير… عصرة حامض 🍋‍🟩 حسب الرغبة 🤍 Ingredients: 🪞 1 large onion 🪞 1 large carrot 🪞 1 cup red lentils 🪞 1/2 cup rice 🪞 2 liters water 🪞 2 tablespoons tomato paste 🪞 1/2 teaspoon cumin 🪞 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 🪞 1 teaspoon paprika 🪞 Salt and black pepper 🪞 Olive oil 🪞 3/4 cup water 🪞 Lemon juice 🍋‍🟩 to taste Method: First, sauté the large onion and carrot in olive oil. Wash the lentils and rice well, then add them on top. Pour in 2 liters of water and let everything cook until fully tender. Once everything is soft, blend the soup until smooth. In a separate pot, sauté a little olive oil with the tomato paste and the spices mentioned above… add the water over them too 3/4 cup Finally, pour this mixture over the blended soup.
