The last software made my tv bad, sometimes it goes off randomly and always when I turn on the tv the first thing appearing is amazon alexa and it really annoying

What’s the point when your TVs break all the time; send it away for repair and your repairers have damaged the TV and now won’t repair it. Try to complain and ask for a manger for the same incompetent person to reply 4 times. Not worth the money! Get any brand but Hisense!!!
