Mine grew back in about 6 I took two doses of biotin everyday and loaded up on collagen every morning

Very possible, keep your protein intake up (which you do anyway for gainz), biotin, and keep your iron and zinc levels good. You're not going to make it grow back much faster, but you can help it come back healthier and help prevent fungal infections. Fresh socks twice a day when hiking! Good luck, I've been there, friend!

Just put acrylic on it and leave it on once the acrylic starts to fall off that’s when you know it’s coming back

The answer is yes! I wish it was a lie but it’s very slow and that was for my finger 😔 so a toenail is probs slower. Just cover it with cute bandaids that’s my only tip

HELP. I had a really bad infected ingrown toenail and I got it surgically removed around six months ago or more. It has been fine but the last month or so it has been irritated. ever since the surgery there’s been a small gap at the cuticle line which they told me would be normal because it takes a lot of time to heal now I’ve noticed that the cuticle line is slightly raised and it’s slightly swollen and red, but I know it’s not ingrown. Could it just be irritated and healing?
