You can’t transfer Chase points directly to ANA. But you can transfer Chase → Virgin Atlantic Flying Club… and book ANA through Virgin. ANA business class to Tokyo normally costs 60,000–85,000 Virgin points one-way. With the 40% bonus, that drops to: • 43,000 Chase points (West Coast → Japan in business) • 60,000 Chase points (Central/East Coast → Japan in business) • ≈86,000 Chase points (ANA First Class) For a seat that regularly sells for $6,000–$15,000. Meanwhile United is charging 110K–250K+ miles for the same flights. Important: ANA awards with Virgin must usually be booked by phone.
