Hi - I’m not a mom but it feels like you could use a bouncer / auto rocker so you don’t have to run a 10k lol 😁

Sing at the same volume as he is crying. Matching his energy really helps

Don't forget, being a white noise machine while running!

I lost 20lbs in PP after having my twins because I didn't have any time to eat during the day except dinner if it was made for me. My entire life was a rotation of feeding, changing diapers, pumping, rocking babies, and repeat

I had to swing my son around in his car seat/carrier combo thing for him to nap for a while. Not a bouncer, not a swing, had to literally swing around this contraption manually 🤦♀️it gets better though

Between 8 and 12 weeks with our daughter, my husband was logging more daily steps than he did when he was marathon training. It gets better!

Omg this was me…. If you can start slowing down the walking and rocking very very slowly until you are at a stop it will help

I had to walk/bounce around the house with my last one. My calves were amazing 😂

My son was the same, he really responded to aggressive bouncing while sitting on a yoga ball, still a workout but a little easier.

Oh yeah, my firstborn wouldn’t even let me put her in a SLING. No carriers. Just MOTHER.

This was me almost 16 years ago in the early weeks/months. So many nights spent walking the floor. It’ll get easier eventually. Please take care of yourself! 💙

Ha, my first needed her holding person to be walking quickly. Quite a feat in a small-ish apartment 😂 Hang in there!

It makes me sad how quickly so many mums start to stress about getting their body back.😓

Best thing ever I got for my son was the rock and play sleeper with smart connect.

My newborn went through a phase where I had to sway side to side in the office chair

My son was a little bit like that as well. what helped for us was putting a heating pad under the mattress so when I put him down he didn't wake up from the cold... just make sure it doesn't get too warm

My oldest wanted me to rock in the chair as hard and fast as possible while holding him. I get terrible motion sickness. If I stopped he screamed. It was awful. I was so happy when my second just wanted me to drive around in circles for him to stop screaming. All the gas money was worth it.
