Genuinely never got to talk about anything that had happened in life because of how serious and horrible it was because just by saying a small detail of something they always looked at me like Im some freak. Sometimes it's better to keep everything to yourself because things might get even worse just by accidentally telling the wrong person something. Creating a different reality and going into psychosis for years was the only way I stayed alive but that caused me more years of trauma that I haven't processed
