@herbifoods: Easy Dumpling Lasagna 🥟 ⠀ I regularly crave dumplings, but I usually don't have the time and patience to make them myself. With this recipe, you can easily skip the tedious folding process to satisfy those dumpling cravings. The trend is approved, and I will definitely make it again! (Just with a few extra layers of noodles next time.) ⠀ RECIPE Tofu filling: - 400 g tofu - 150 g shiitake mushrooms (or button mushrooms) - 4 scallions - 4 cloves of garlic - 1 small piece of ginger - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp mushroom oyster sauce - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp sugar ⠀ - 15-20 wonton wrappers ⠀ Toppings: - 2 tbsp light soy sauce - 1 tbsp black rice vinegar - toasted sesame seeds - scallion - chili oil ⠀ ❶ For the filling, fry the tofu and mushrooms until they lose their liquid and brown slightly. ❷ Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl. ❸ In a small baking dish, layer the filling with wonton wrappers like a lasagna. ❹ Place the baking dish in a large pan or larger baking dish, pour a little water into the outer dish and cover with a lid, a second pan or aluminum foil. ❺ Steam for 25-30 minutes. ❻ Top the dumpling lasagna with soy sauce, black rice vinegar, sesame seeds and chili oil.
