I thought the same when I considered to buy new high rise project near my house parent house. but I noticed there's alot landed house in that area if I consider for investment it might not be worth it. my friends also said no need to rush bcos right now is over supply. kumpul duit duku biar btul ii yakin baru beli bkn beli sbb FOMO.

Maybe takde kaitan but something about buyers market that you share ni. I learned learned a lot about buyers marker or negotiation from all this property shows on Netflix. Lately really into Ryan Serhant and love seeing things from a CEO/business owner POV, not just sales. The way he talks about building and managing a team is 👌before ni banyak tengok Selling OC but lately terlebih drama sangat.

Me n husb been trying to sell our hse for almost 9 years now. Standard is around 1.8 n over the years makin turun la kan n our ex neighbors sold theirs for 1.6 n now buyer akan tekan for 1.4 😅
