For anyone that is wondering about them steps it’s : - Remove dopamine triggers (phone, doom scroll, music, gaming) - Replace High dopamine activities to low dopamine activities (walk, read a book, clean your room, relax) - Delay Gratification (basically do an big effort before rewarding yourself, don’t skip the effort) … that’s the end of the vid, they yapped so much that it wasn’t 5 steps… hopefully this was helpful and mb that I can’t space it correctly
