@evidenceeye: Judge Lets Baby KILLER Decide His Own Fate . . In 2017, a shocking true crime case from Georgia captured worldwide attention when 15-day-old Caliyah McNabb was found dead inside a duffel bag near her family’s home. Her father, Christopher McNabb, was quickly accused of killing his newborn daughter and trying to hide the body. During the courtroom trial, prosecutors revealed disturbing details about how baby Caliyah suffered blunt force trauma that caused her death. McNabb claimed he was innocent, but the evidence and his behavior told a different story. The judge’s chilling exchange went viral when McNabb was asked what punishment the killer should receive — and he unknowingly chose his own life sentence without parole. This heartbreaking and shocking murder case remains one of the most disturbing child murder trials in Georgia’s history, often replayed in true crime videos and courtroom compilations online.
Sorry but if you think his last words was innocence… he wouldnt have agreed that his sentence was a amazing job

Newborn Caliyah McNabb was found dead from blunt force head trauma in woods near Covington, Georgia after her parents reported her missing; Christopher McNabb was convicted and sentenced to life without parole, while Cortney Bell's murder conviction was later reversed for insufficient evidence.
Timeline (what happened)
• Oct 7, 2017: Parents Cortney Bell and Christopher McNabb reported two‑week‑old Caliyah missing from their Newton County home; they said they last fed her at 5 a.m. and found her gone by about 10 a.m.
• Oct 8, 2017: Her body was found wrapped in cloth and hidden under debris in nearby woods; an autopsy determined blunt force trauma to the head caused fatal injuries.
• Investigators later said the parents had smoked meth the night before and that McNabb acted suspiciously and tried to flee when questioned.
Who was charged/convicted
• Christopher McNabb was convicted on multiple counts including malice murder and sentenced to life without parole.
• Cortney Bell was convicted at first, but her murder and cruelty convictions were later reversed by the Georgia Court of Appeals (and the Georgia Supreme Court later concluded the evidence was insufficient to support those convictions).
• Bell's conviction for contributing to the dependency of a minor was affirmed (upheld) by the Georgia Supreme Court.
What the videos show (common claims)
• Several creators emphasize the parents' drug use, violent/dysfunctional household, and inconsistent statements during the investigation.
• Clips also highlight courtroom moments, including McNabb's repeated "I'm innocent" statements and sentencing remarks.
Quick verification checklist (if you're citing this)
• Use the Georgia Supreme Court case summary for Bell's convictions and the Court of Appeals reversal language.
• Cross-check the autopsy finding (blunt force head trauma) and missing-child timeline with the AJC/CBS reporting.

Yeah tattoos on your face is totally innocent💀 they way he’s talking isn’t showing any remorse. He’s more worried about defending himself then what happened to his baby

a confused and terrified 4 old, is the backbone to the investigation.. I as a grown ass man confuse small events from even a week ago to yesterday or today. I'm not saying he's innocent but I don't know enough or believe there was enough evidence to say he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

I’m sorry but a newborn baby does not get up and walk into the woods. No one came into that trailer and kid napped that baby. One of them did it high out of their minds and I feel like it was him because his two year old said daddy has the baby.
