Don't worry, the landlords in Brampton have a way to get rid of tenants. The article should have been about the number of tenants. In one house twenty or more people. parking everywhere. The landlords don't want to be regulated.

I have my real estate agent screen my tenants. Hope they are doing this. But so far (knock on wood) never had a problem with a tenant.

Landlord must do 3 or 6 months lease and after the lease ends, either they move out or do month to month. It's better to have 3 months of rent not paid than 1 year

idk but rules in Edmonton says if Tenant does not pay rent, You have to give 14 days written notice and after that get eviction orders from Court and hire the agency
