@bakedbynech: Day 5 of 30 🌙 Fasting and having your bakery go viral at the same time. You cannot take it easy. Croissants still have to be made. The bakery still has to run. Family still needs you. Kids still want to be part of it. I’m thankful to be in this position, but it has not been easy. It took eight years of sacrifice, dedication, hardship, and a lot of moments where I wanted to quit. People see how nice it looks now, but they do not see the early mornings, the long nights, and the pressure behind it. My wife’s support was everything. Without her I would not have kept going. For the first time in a long time, if someone asked me would you do it all over again to get to this point, my answer would be yes. Absolutely. Never giving up is the key.
