@chi.homecafe: Day 1 of Coffee Jelly series ☕️ I’ve been meaning to make Coffee Jelly and it’s finally here!! Im turning it into a series because I have so many coffee jelly recipe ideas!! So please stay tuned if you want to see how many more creative recipes with coffee jelly 😉 Coffee Jelly ingredients ☕️ 2 1/2 C water or strong brewed coffee ☕️ 4 tsp agar agar ☕️ 2 Tbsp instant coffee ☕️ 1/3 C sugar First add your agar agar to water or brewed coffee in a saucepan. Make sure to whisk well. Bring to a gentle boil then lower heat. Continue mixing for 2 mins. Make sure the agar agar is dissolved. Now, add your instant coffee and sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat. Let the mixture cool for 5 mins and transfer to a single serve cup. Scoop up the bubbles. Set in the fridge for at least 5 hrs.
