I stopped smoking by saying over and over again, "I'm a happy non smoker" until it was done. Not chasing a quick fix, just lightly fixed on one statement, and then seeing what happened. I have no desire to smoke and it's been years. I feel like a happy non smoker.

@its.meganjane: I went through this when I had an upgrade to my awakening but then I remembered, my soul came here to experience this 3D world as it is knowing the systems were here and the goal was to experience, grow and remember within it for this phase of my soul journey. It’s really helped me enjoy playing in it and not taking it so seriously

Spiritual? This is reality and perception of 2 different things. Understanding this is understanding that it’s all a game, it’s just a game nobody agrees to play but are forced to. We have likely gotten to a point where everyone on earth could see this and decide they don’t like it. But this has been happening for generations, there’s probably no one who actually wants to enforce it anymore. Even the Jeffery Epsteins of the world would still do what they do, this system/game was created for slavery. Everyone has become enslaved to the system, people who claim there is some group behind it all have never met anyone that is in such a group. They just say that to get more people listening, nobody benefits from this system like these groups that people claim exist. A change will happen but nobody living today will see it

We have two realms to succeed in. A bird needs two wings to fly not one. This physical reality is just as important as the other side. Because all is in all. So why neglect this one? Actually, living your fullest is one of the major spiriutal goals, because once you wake up (die) you remember why the hell did you even get into here. So guys, stabilize your physical world as soon as your have enough energy, and buy time back in life to invest the time into knowing your ultimate. That is how the actual life is.
