Guys, it’s not that complicated. If you wanna work your core CORRECTLY, hit deadlifts, log clean and press, barbell squats etc. ANYTHING that requires the core to stabilize will build your core and lower back. Stop letting social media convince you it’s complicated. Train the way you move. If you bend in real life, you should bend in the gym. If you squat, sit, push, pull, hinge or otherwise MOVE in real life, there’s a lift that works the same function
