Girl, I’ve been in therapy for the last six months and I resonate with us so much because what I think is so cool is it doesn’t really take a long time for things to clear up now. I do think you need to have the right therapist but anyway, I just love that you connected… For yourself and look how fast things are moving.!

Yes!!!!! Had SI joint issue, saw chiro and she said stop clenching your pelvic floor. The only time I wasn’t clenching it was when my husband was home - any other time I was tense and in fight or flight. He calms me & everything else wired me
