@madelainerascan: Traumatic abs sequence 💘 Let me be clear - I do this sequence all the time without ankle weights. It’s killer. But if you HAVE ankle weights and you’re advanced with your core work, feel free to challenge yourself. Mine are 2kg/~4lb. I do: 10-25 reps. Close to failure. Whatever gets me there. Short rest until I feel relief, then move on! One round is enough, I like to hit abs often. Enjoy!
