This is what we mean when we say there is racism in the UK but it's always done in a way to leave just enough plausible deniability and it leaves the black people in this exact position where they expect you to grin and bear it. Even if it was an accident the BAFTA's response speaks volumes. The sad part is things like this happen to Black British people in the workplace and there's no recourse
