Or you can juice a few organic carrots and a handful of spinach… you can also add a granny smith apple…. Don’t waste money on pills.. ps you need vitamin c to help absorb iron… hence the carrots.. you can get a small juicer for $40

my iron is low because my gut doesnt absorb it. vit c is supposed to help with absorption. ive had 2 rounds of iron infusions and im still ugly! lol

Tell me how much iron is in that. It doesn’t say how much you’re actually getting. I’ve asked my Dr and they said it’s probably a very low amount that’s why they don’t list it.

I guess I’m blessed even when my iron was dangerously low I was still beautiful 😏 but I found that the bolthouse protein plus shakes work miracles for my iron.
