and everyone notice, you are not doing multiple yanks, you are not pulling your dog by the neck, you are not jerking them back. you are just letting their own momentum stop at the end of the leash!

Yes thank you for not popping the leash when she goes too far. Letting her figure it out. Pulling a dog doesn’t teach them anything they don’t understand. Great training!

I’m so glad there is a trainer on here that actually gives good, sound advice, doesn’t rely on overused training products, and trains the people as much as the dog. You sir, are awesome and deserve so much more praise

I love this balance of allowing her to sniff and explore but not pulling. I lowkey feel bummed out when I see dogs locked in on their owner for their entire walk (I know it can be necessary for some dogs) so it’s nice that we can allow them to enjoy the world AND be obedient and paying attention to the walker
