we all need to boycott Instacart their customers service is HORRIBLE. YOU GET DELIVERED ROTTEN FOOD AND CAN EVEN GET A REFUND THEY DONT PROVIDE A RECEIPT SO YIU CAN RETURN IT YOURSELF LEAVING YOU HANGING WITH A BILL.

@jennianto:It is amazing how instacart prefers to send good orders to new buyers and that it has bad ratings. and to old buyers with good ratings and experience do not send orders . unfair that the last 2 weeks only see orders the new and the old ones in 0 . I do not understand why the score if instacart benefits the buyers who do the service badly . ? @Instacart
