And allmost all street cops will need to convince a detective to write the affadavit, since they usually can't write up a warrant themselves.

stop right there please don't need probable cause they don't need anything they're not accountable they can do whatever they want if nothing we can do about it you can't sue them you can't sue the courts you can't there's no accountability for police departments they can do whatever they want we're the ones that pay for their mistakes so they don't care about their mistakes your supreme Court which I find beginning to find that phrase really stupid has in fact made them untouchable just like the Communist governments and touchable from its people and if you stand up you're wrong who you say something against them you're wrong no wonder why things happen in traffic stops I won't shut it to you
