I've started to forget their face and voice. they passed only months ago, but it's my inability to remember them which haunts me. Sometimes I wish that I could just speak one last time to them, if we knew that conversation would be our last i wouldve said so much. I've been told grief only takes months to process, but I wholeheartedly believe that grief lasts forever. If anyone at all has advice, or is willing to share their experience, please do. Please help me. Im too scared to reach out to even my closest of friends and family, and honestly, i dont want them to worry for me. They have their situations to worry about and they dont have room to worry for me. 🙏
