Sometimes when I want a quick dinner, I cook the pasta then in another pot I take some pasta water + Boursin cook it down and make a cheese sauce. It’s so easy and tastes good!!

I got a little bit different recipe, but I made the same thing. I sliced my potatoes on the potato. Are there two slicer made them really thin the only thing I wish I would’ve done was blench them for about eight minutes.
