My cat died December of 2024. I used Chewy for years and received a card when he passed. I would have cherished a literal painting of him.

I absolutely love seeing people’s mail from chewy. It’s always so heartwarming; the paintings, the cards and the good deals. I’ve secretly been hoping they’ll do one of my Belgian Malinois, Apollo!

Chewy sent me one of my bird on national parrots day. It’s still hanging on my wall! She hadn’t even passed but when my dog passed quite horribly, not only did they send flowers and a card, but a donation in my name and called to ask if I was doing okay, if I needed anything for our other pets. Hanging up the call, it was the first time I felt like someone gave a shot at the time. Dramatic but it was so sweet and did a lot for me during a hard time!
