@vee.def: Catching a virus while doing chemo is no joke 😅 To summarize: 1- Buy yourself a thermometer so you can always monitor your temp if you’re ever feeling feverish or sick 2- If you get a fever - do NOT take Tylenol/advil to bring it down as not only do you need to continue to monitor but if you go into emerg they will also need to monitor 3- Always wash hands, try to use a mask in public, and disinfect phones when you get home as well 4- Don’t be alarmed or get crazy anxiety in the event that it does happen- it is common for just about every chemo patient to have this happen if/when they catch any kind of virus. As long as you go into emerg right away if the fever isn’t going down you should be okay 🖤 #chemo #cancer #ewingsarcoma #cancerfighter
