I’m so guilty of this. However I can’t ask if this wasn’t on sale would I buy it, because I wouldn’t. I hardly ever pay full price. But I do need to stop and think do I truly need it. Good point.

Great advice! Although I did shop this morning and got $77 of body wash, shampoo and toothpaste for $28 and I plan to donate all of it to our local food pantry. I know they can always use those items.

I get the stuff that I know that I am going to need when I go couponing I look for laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, dishwashing liquid air fresheners, toilet paper and toothpaste. That’s the stuff that I look for when I go on it.
