as soon as he falls asleep lather that kid up! it's what my mom had to do for me bc I hate moisturizer and lotions (still to this day 🫠) I never knew and would wake saying, "see mom I didn't need that."

Nipple cream (the lanolin kind) or Eight Hour Cream is the winner for those. My son has the same problem and gives me all kinds of shit about wearing anything so I'd put it on after teeth before bed so that it would sit like a mask overnight because that bothers him less.

If you use water before you slather it on it seals in moisture and heals faster.. I would do this on my friends daughter who would get this bad.. I tortured my kids with blue pot blistex bc dealing more than two days was not doable here.. they hate it so much they take care to not let it get any type of bad
