@emthenutritionist: #AD I’ve been using @L'Oréal Paris UK Collagen + Lifter when I want big hair without the faff. It’s a quick spray at the roots, 3-second blast with the dryer and my hair looks visibly fuller straight away but still feels clean, not crunchy or sticky. The collagen peptides basically wrap the hair fibre like a lightweight scaffold so it stands up more. I use the shampoo + conditioner first, then finish with the Big Hair Day Volume Spray and the lift actually lasts.
