I will never understand why police can be so stubborn sometimes. When someone says "no, I am not under arrest" they don't just say "OK, I'm sorry to bother you" and just simply walk away. I mean she clearly said she wasn't under arrest and they turned around and ARRESTED HER ANYWAY! So rude! She should totally sue
