At my new job I havent even been getting trained. The trainer is supposed to come to my desk and never does. My manager never knows where he is, and then yesterday he was so aggressive in tone and had alcohol breath. He literally made me cry 😭

just escaped my toxic boss and CEO. Constant "you know the last person who screwed this up got fired, so don't don't screw up" and other threats of firing. The executive management team concept disintegrated and it was only her calling all the shots of everyone in the company. You are spot on.
