The 5000 hertz vibration is healing for your body. I had issues with my knee and wasn’t sleeping well because of the pain. I switched to linen sheets and realized it was gone within 3-4 days. I won’t go back to bamboo. My back feels better also.

I think there's a point to understand. Often the fiber's origin is European while the sheet's manufacturing takes place in China these are two different things. That's why it's always good to check whether the fiber is certified as coming from Europe. This explains the label.

Omg yes — you guys are absolutely right 😂 I totally misspoke in the video. Linen is cooling in the summer and warm in the winter — not the other way around. That was 100% my brain moving faster than my mouth. Thank you for catching that and keeping me accountable. I promise I actually sleep on them and love them — I just said it backwards. Appreciate you guys
