When injured on someone else property you have to sue their insurance to pay it. Her own insurance would not cover it, has to fall under homeowners policy. Very common.

sometimes you have to sue, to force the insurance company to pay, making the person filing the lawsuit the bad guy.

I'm sure an insurance can compelling someone to sue. I have personally seen similar circumstances. They will even deny paying for every day medicine that exists because they dont want to. Anything to keep a buck.

because it was on someone else's property ( and the home owners should have insurance for such issues) thus shouldn't be a problem. Even b4 going to court...someone should have explained that to her. OR were the parents 🤔 in on it...and the money would have been shared 🤔 🙄 😕 😳 😐 😉
