Our vegetable market isn’t as big as many assume. The real challenge isn’t supply — it’s securing prices that actually sustain your goals. And let’s be clear, it’s not greed. When you’ve paid salaries, invested heavily in inputs, and your produce is still forced into ridiculously low prices, that’s not business — it’s wasted effort. For context, 10 customers can’t clear our harvest in a single day. The size of your farm determines the kind of problems you’ll face. In our case, quantity isn’t the issue — we have more than enough. The real battle is market capacity and pricing.
