@maeshomesweethome: creamy cajun steak pasta — rich, cozy, and honestly one of the best pastas I’ve made 🤎 I started by pan-searing two New York strip steaks in olive oil, finishing with 3 tbsp butter to baste. Removed the steaks and in that same pan sautéed 1 diced shallot until soft, then added 1 tsp garlic (3 cloves), ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp chicken bouillon, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp Cajun seasoning, and salt to taste. Stirred in ½ tbsp tomato paste, deglazed with 1 cup chicken broth, then poured in 1 quart heavy cream and 1 cup Parmesan. Let it simmer until thick and creamy, then tossed with 1 lb rigatoni. Bowl it up and top with sliced steak. Save this one — it’s unreal.@Graza @Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc.
